Henry Forrest explained clearly what needed to be repaired and what did not. He and his workers showed up in a timely manner and were professional and courteous. Their work is stellar and it’s quickly apparent that his customers’ concerns are his number one priority. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality, pricing and manner in which he conducts his business. I would definitely recommend Henry to anyone having roofing problems with total confidence that they will be as satisfied as I am.

What impressed me the most about Henry Forrest is that prior roofing contractors immediately began to quote entire or half roof replacement site unseen, as though, since my roof was 19 yrs old justified a replacement. Unlike these contractors Henry Forrest took the time to not only inspect the roof but the areas inside my house where water leakage occurred. Additionally they were competitively priced. My hats off to a reputable business.

Henry Forrest really knows roofs. He found my problems quickly and had his crew was great. They stopped making the shingles on my roof ten years ago but he quickly found substitutes that look fine. The whole job, including replacing some flashing, gaskets and repairing a major leak was done on time.

Henry Forrest is very responsive and his crew showed up as stated. They fixed my dormer and leaky roof very quickly. Also, found mortar, gutter and other problems that could have caused grave damage to my house structure. Highly recommend.

This started as a repair of a long-standing leak, but quickly turned into a comprehensive package of repairs. I was due to go away on business and knew that my house could not be left unattended, nor could sustain the damage of yet another downpour that were all too frequent at the time. When Henry came out to give me an estimate for the essential roof repair, he also noticed areas of concern that other contractors either didn’t notice or want to include in the estimate. His eye for detail and wanting to fix the underlying problem (rather than just putting a patch on the symptoms), and being able to perform the work within my time frame sealed the deal. On the first day of the original repair job, it soon became obvious that the condition of the rest of the roof was much worse than previously thought. From previous spot repairs, I knew that the builder had done an inferior installation of the roof on my newly built home. Henry confirmed my worst fears. The original roof wasn’t going to last its expected lifespan. We threw out the old contract in favor of a complete roof replacement and other necessary repairs. Henry was able to bring together the materials and an experienced crew to get the job done by the previous deadline. I didn’t have to wait the week to 10 days for this to be scheduled. I’m not one that values how quickly a job gets done, but how WELL it gets done, so, the 3 to 4 days that it took to complete the task was fine with me. I’m a “do it right the first time” kind of consumer. Henry’s company fits the bill. BTW, this company is a family owned business of, I think, several generations. I don’t like dealing with large corporations with several layers… pushy salesmen, estimators, office secretaries and somewhat delayed estimates. With this company, you deal directly with the owners and things move along quickly. There were some issues that I had with the clean-up after the job, such as nails in the lawn and left on the new roof, but Henry responded to these concerns quickly and to my satisfaction. The gutters were blown out so that not even any loose shingle gravel remained and a magnet was used on the lawn to grab up any hiding nails. I tend to be a perfectionist, so, this is more of a reflection on me than the quality of the crew. (This explains why only 4.5 stars instead of 5.0 on work quality.) As to value for the money… this was hard to gauge accurately because each part of the job was not itemized. As I mentioned before, this was a packaged deal with more parts to it than just the new roof itself. Suffice it to say, the urgency of my situation and Henry’s response to it lead me to believe that the price was fair and justified (but I left myself a little wiggle room with the 4.5 rating). For people only looking for the cheapest price, remember, “You get what you pay for”. I am very pleased with my new home look thanks to Henry Forest. I had vinyl siding, painting, and miscellaneous repairs done to my home. His genuine desire to do an exceptional job shows when the job is done.

They was on time. They inspected entire roof and showed pictures of problem areas on the roof. They were able to determine and explain where multiple leaks were comming in from, that several other roofers were not able to find there. They were on job site the entire time their men were very nice and very hard working. They tore off our roof and replaced it all in three days. They cleaned up everything, we could not be more happier

Had thee leaks in my roof that multiple roofers was unable to find or stop called Forrest out and they were prompt and found leaks took pictures of problem areas price was right. Owners was on site fore entire job there men was careful and curtious of are home they done a terrific job was completed on schedule and cleaned up every piece of trash

Had leak that another contractor had tried to stop several times. They came, inspected roof, explained problem, gave me a good price. They were recommended to me and seemed to have the same price as my friend had. We’ve had several rains since, no leaks. A very friendly, family owned business.

He listened to my problems and came back out, he went up on the roof and sealed areas that were leaking also sealed areas that were missed the 1st time. He resolved all the problems to my satisfaction. I was happy that he came out and fixed all the issues I had with the roof. Therefore his customer service was excellent because he cared enough to come out.

In addition to repairing damaged siding from a storm, Mr. Forrest noticed furnace vent and two other vests did not have collars and the furnace vent needed replaced. He surveyed all the siding on my house and repaired sections that were not originally installed properly at no additional cost. Came to give a free estimate; and when I decided to hire him, he came again to write up the estimate and performed the work at the price of the estimate. I will definitely hire him for any future work that needs repair on my house.

Very good at explaining what needed to be done. Work was done on time and as outlined. I will consider using them again in the future.

He fixed some roofing problems that 2 other roofers tried to fix unsuccessfully. One time after a heavy storm, he could look at my roof and tell me which room had a leak. We went into that room and there were drops on the ceiling. He almost always answers his cell phone morning and night. He is almost always on the job with his workers as well.
