Mr. Forrest came to my house to look at an issue with my roof. He immediately identified the problem, assured me that he could fix it and did just that. He gave me a fair price for the work and came back to supervise the repairs on the scheduled date. His crew identified another unexpected problem and once again Mr. Forrest priced out fairly. I am very satisfied with the customer service, professionalism, friendliness and workmanship. I would definitely recommend this Company to others!

This company was referred to me by my neighbor and I’m sure glad they did. Recently I had H Forrest contracting out for some repairs on my roof they arrived on time quoted me the cost and got me on scheduled and taking care of promptly unlike other company’s I had estimates from Henry Forrest took the time to explain exactly what was going. After having several contractors attempt to repair a leak I had finally decided to go to a professional. I got in touch with Henry Forrest from using home advisor. After looking at all the areas giving me a wide verity of options. Not just telling me I needed a new roof like some of contractors had done. After agreeing to what I believe to be a fair price. He sent his crew out they made all the repairs and found a few extra things we hadn’t even spoke about and fixed them also. The men cleaned up very nicely and we’ve had several rains and no issues since. Would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof

After we detected a leak in our roof around the chimney area, I had a difficult time finding someone to perform repairs. Henry found me on Home Advisor and contacted me soon after I started looking. He and his crew were at my home the next week fixing the leak. It takes time to know whether roof repair is effective but Henry guarantees his work with a five year warranty.

My parents live in a 60 year old home and the chimney was missing bricks and had a retaining wall in the back that was cracked and crumbling bricks as well. Henry Forrest looked at everything, and quoted me a very fair price. He and his team completed all of the work within the same week and my parents are very happy with the quality and speed of work. The bricks matched the chimney and it really looks nice! I appreciated the exceptional customer service, and patience dealing with my elderly parents. The job: one of the plumbing vent boots had cracked. After July’s torrential rains we had a small water spot on the ceiling of our master bedroom. They came in, replaced all the boots, tightened up the ridge vent and even replaced 4 shingles on a dormer that had flown off unbeknownst to us. The were done in under 2 hours, took all the mess home but for one (1) shingle. While I hope I don’t need to hire them again, I would call them right away if some other problem arises in the future.

I gave all other aspects 4.5 because I really want to highlight the 5-star CUSTOMER SERVICE that Henry Forrest provides. This gentleman understands how to communicate with someone as a person, not simply a customer. He listens, and understands, and responds — he offers options, then analyzes each one. He also takes in a whole house/scenario — not simply what he’s been hired for (in my case, the roof) — and speaks to that. My sense is that, of course, he wants a happy repeat customer….but, even more so, he wants to help people. If your house is as important to you as mine is to me — and if you value personal character in your business dealings — Henry Forrest will make for a good fit. I’m thankful for the good work, thoughtfully suggested, performed (very) timely by him and his crew.

Mr. Forrest come right away to assess the problem! big leak in the foyer area, ceiling, and the wall. I called many contractors however we feel only Mr. Forrest that capable to diagnose and fix the problem. He fixed the problem within the time frame and give us 5 years warranty on his work. We are very satisfied with his work. We definitely will call him and use his services again if we have any problem with the roof.

Mr. Forrest was professional, polite and a wealth of information. Our first meeting was for him to look over the roof and discuss the cost. He verbally gave me an estimate. Once I decided to use his business, two weeks later he came on the appointment date with the written contract and he remembered everything we discussed and the contract showed that to the exact. I plan on using this business in the future.

Mr. Forrest was very polite and professional. I had many other contractors at my property but they were unsuccessful in diagnosing my issue . That was until Mr Forrest arrived I am a contractor my self and do not have time to fix my own issues . We both examined the issue together and came up with a very creative solution. In the day of the scheduled Work Mr Forrest’s men were on time and very professional. I myself was not able to be there but they kept me very up to date on the progress . I would recommend them .

They were very responsive and appear to have done good work. Was a little more expensive than other quotes but I trusted the thoroughness and believe they’ll stand behind their work.

They did a great job with brick tuck-pointing, tho the money was a little on the expensive side.

I needed some help repairing my roof and Henry came and did the job well. He and his crew were willing to help me out, even though they happened to discover the job was larger than expected.
